If your item arrives damaged, kindly provide:
• One full image of the entire frame
• 1–2 clear images of the damaged area

• We offer 30 days return policy in the event that you alter your perspective under any circumstance. Item should be returned unopened and in unique pressing. If it's not too much trouble, note client will be obligated for any return postage costs.

Damages and Issues:

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and take necessary measures to resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items such as custom products (such as personalized or special order items) or products purchased at a discounted price or during a sale are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:

The most efficient way to receive a desired item is to initiate a return of the item you have and once it is approved, place a new order for the item you need.

Refunds:

We will inform you upon receipt and inspection of your returned item and inform you of whether the refund has been approved or not. Upon approval, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
